Welcome to the AIFL

All students can access their courses from Here

Are you looking for a flexible, user-friendly, highly supportive, registered training organisation (RTO)? One that offers courses 100% online and can help you achieve a nationally recognised qualification? Then look at the Australian Institute of Flexible Learning (AIFL) where our motto is to live and learn…

The AIFL’s key strength is our 100% online RPL (recognition of prior learning) process available through our unique eRecognition pathway. eRecognition is a time and cost-efficient tool for capable people who do not have formal qualifications but do have the required skills, knowledge and abilities. In other words, the eRecognition process offers you the opportunity to have your vocational ability recognised with a formal qualification, without having to attend inconvenient classes away from your work or home.

The AIFL also offers a range of full courses available using a blended approach. Full courses are a combination of online and on-the-job training and are ideally suited to people who are either entering the workforce or up-skilling.

Pathways to qualifications

The AIFL therefore offers two distinct pathways to achieving a qualification: 100% online RPL by eRecognition and 100% online courses with some on-the-job training. Please take a look through our courses, which are clearly listed to the left.

Online courses

Our flexible, online courses can provide you with the work/study/life balance that you need. Most health and community services courses require a work placement. These courses are ideal for people already in a related workplace who are interested in up-skilling or gaining a qualification. Studying with the AIFL can help you improve your work prospects, make life more fulfilling, and secure your future.
