Testimonials

“The AIFL is a great innovation because it focuses on developing the existing workforce. This is a leading Australian initiative.”
Hon Julia Gillard (now Prime Minister) officially launching the AIFL on 16 December 2008

“When I decided to go for my Diploma of Management, I thought I had a whole lot of work ahead of me. The RPL process I’d seen in other companies seemed so complicated…. When I found AIFL … the whole process was so straightforward. I simply sent in job descriptions and my resume…, plus the names of some people who could verify what I was saying and AIFL did all the rest. I was supported through the whole process by my course advisor Ross, who happily answered all my questions. I expected the whole process to take months of paperwork and assessments, but it turns out that I know more than I thought I did!”
J Britt, April 2009

“The level of communication and service provided by AIFL is exceptional. The entire process was a breeze and within a short period of time I had a diploma. Usually when you are told something is easy, it never is, with AIFL the process for achieving me diploma was made delightfully easy through their step by step online system & level of service. I would highly reccommend the AIFL to others.”

“The AIFL experience is definitely one I will be taking on again very soon. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and they all made getting my diploma a breeze! The team at AIFL are very professional and also helpful beyond words. I never felt like I was doing the Diploma alone because there was always someone to answer my questions no matter how small.”
A Baikaloff, April 2011

“I recently had cause to up date the qualifications of one of my employees. Coming from a rural and remote location, the necessity to achieve or update qualifications can be daunting at best. AIFL’s online and recognition of prior learning (RPL) programs were recommended to me, and I contacted this RTO to gain further information. The support staff where knowledgeable and extremely helpful advising me that my employee would probably be able to upgrade entirely through recognition of prior learning. We submitted a position description, and record of previous qualifications, undertook an online survey attesting to the employees scope and skill profile. In total, probably 1 hour’s work. We were absolutely thrilled that this employee was deemed to have achieved the qualification level based on the role she currently works in, and her level of knowledge. So, without having to travel 1km, or undertake 1 unit of study, my employee has been recognized for the actual level of skill she has, by achieving a qualification through AIFL. I would certainly recommend this organization to anyone.”
